Anyone needing or desiring to install a new roof, change exterior paint color of the home, installing fencing or any additional exterior improvements are required to abide by Article VIII of the Declaration of Covenants (bylaws) and submit a request to the Board of Directors, or its designated architectural committee.

Seasonal Gardening Tips

Cut back flowering shrubs as blooms fade.

Transplant items now before the summer months arrive.

Fertilize the lawn after new growth has started. Choose a fertilizer (not a “Weed and Feed”) with controlled-release nitrogen for longer-lasting results.

Monitor landscape plants weekly for insects on new growth.

Fertilize fruit trees, nut trees and shrubs and mulch around trees and shrubs.

Make sure you water if it does not rain regularly.
